CERAMICS: HANDBUILT TRINKET DISH WORKSHOP

Class Time: 12pm–3pm

Join Cristina Romero from Howdy Ceramics in making your new favorite pair of trinket dishes!

The first half of the class will focus on creating a trinket tray from scratch through the hand building process known as pinch-pot. Cristina will demo her technique while assisting the group in any variations they would like to explore, making sure the end product will be a beautiful, functional piece no matter your level of experience.

The second half of the class will focus on painting a pre-fired trinket tray with underglaze allowing you to fully customize its surface design!

Each workshop ticket includes:

• 3 hours of hands-on personalized instruction from a talented small business owner and artist

• One blank bisque fired tray ready to glaze

• Enough clay to build at least one 4" wide trinket tray

• Use of other clay tools

• Use of glazes and brushes

• Printed handouts 

• Firing services after the workshop (your dish will be ready for pick up at P+CP 3-4 weeks after the class)
